A friend of mine recently had a baby. When her husband told their 3 year old that mommy had a baby in her tummy, the 3 year old said "mommy, did you eat a baby?!?!"

GOOD question!!! He is one smart little cookie.
That is good! I was recently in a public place with Boone and he came and grabbed me. "Mom," he said, "there is a baby coming out of a lady's tummy right now!" Fascinated, I had to have a look, so I let him lead me over to see a women with a small baby wrapped in one of those fabric carriers on her belly. With the babies hands and feet just sticking out between the folds of fabric it did look just like it was coming out - how would he know where it was really suppose to come out?
